H&H Event VIP Ticket

Hatch & Hound is hosting it’s first ever doggie social and we will be taking over the patio at The Reminding Coffee & Creative House in TerraBella Village overlooking the town square. Join us for the cutest gathering of pups and peeps celebrating all things spring!

The event is free to attend, shop and watch all the cuteness unfold!

VIP (very important pup) TICKETS are available now for presale which includes;

• One pupucinno bar serving

• One raffle ticket

You will be able to purchase VIP tickets and individual tickets for photo ops, pupucinno bar servings and raffle tickets the day of the event as well.

WHO IS IT FOR?

DOGS > the happiest experience where dogs can socialize with their pack. There will be cute photo opportunities, a pupuccino bar, raffle prize and a doggie popup shop with lots of toys, treats and accessories to choose from that is sure to make it their best day ever!

DOG OWNERS > you will have such a fun afternoon watching your pup have the time of their life while getting to meet other dog lovers in your community.

DOG LOVERS > the event is for everyone and family friendly. If you don’t have a dog, recently lost your best friend or would just like to spend time with floofs you will love this event.

DOGGIE DO’S & DONT’S

• Do bring friendly, well socialized and dogs that are up to date on their vaccinations

• Do keep your dog on a leash at all times

• Do keep your eye on your dog as they remain your responsibility

• Don’t bring unfriendly or aggressive dogs to the event please

• Don’t bring pregnant dogs or dogs in season

• Don’t leave any dog waste behind - bring bags and toss responsibly

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Dogs attending the event must be friendly, well socialized and up to date on their vaccinations. Dogs showing aggression will be asked to leave.

2. Do not bring pregnant dogs or dogs in season to the event.

3. HATCH & HOUND, the venue (The Reminding), and the location (TerraBella Village) take no responsibility for your dog or it’s actions. You must keep them safe and if your dog harms another dog or a person it will fall under your own liability.

4. If you or your dog is harmed by someone else’s dog you must resolve the matter with the dog’s owner directly.

5. There is a no refund policy due to the nature of these events. You may however, transfer your ticket to someone else should you be unable to attend.

6. Should the event be cancelled for any reason you will be given a full refund.

7. We reserve the right to amend, cancel or reschedule the event at any time and will do our best to notify guests of any and all changes.

8. HATCH & HOUND may film/photograph the event and images could be used but not limited too website, event and marketing promotions, social media content and press materials. You may request the removal of your image(s) by submitting an email to  hatchandhound@gmail.com
